Wow!  I thought a realtor just found a house for you.  Regina Pierce found me a home…and I gained a good friend in the process. 

Regina Pierce is not just some realtor trying to make a buck.  She took me out to see over 30 homes in the year I worked with her.  She worked to make sure that the home I purchased would be pleasing for me, not her pockets.  Regina spent over a year making sure that she found the right place for me to live.  In the process, she made sure that I had a lender who was willing to work for me in the same manner that she did.  Regina found as many ways to get me into a home with the least amount of money out of my pocket.  There was a snag in the process but Regina kept a positive attitude, more so than I did. 

As a teacher, I don’t have access to office machinery as would someone working in an office.  Regina would fax and deliver paperwork for me.  (I know that is not in the job description of a realtor).  I appreciate the hard work she put in for me.  Because of her dedication to me as a client and to her profession, I am now a proud owner for the first time!

First Time Home Buyer

 

Not so long ago, I was in search of a home outside my current area and my search of agents led me to you.  I want you to know that I LOVE My New Home!   Your diligent and seemingly extra efforts- - day and many evenings - -  resulted in my finding an ‘OMG’ (Oh My Gosh) irresistible home that is still wonderful to this day.  The rear-side water property puts me at peace many a day after the hectic workday.  I wanted to personally Thank You and to let you know that I’m always telling people just how I (we) found the house that day.  I send to you my sincere thanks for helping me find an affordable home that my family really enjoys.
