I am happy to say that I have been in the real estate industry for six years as a full time real estate agent.  My real estate career began in 2001 just before 9/11.  I have worked through 3 different markets

• an average market where properties were going for full price with 3% or less closing costs and averaging normal appreciation
• a seller's market where buyers were offering well over the list price with no closing help and I would see appreciation at $50,000 to $100,000 a year in some neighborhoods
• and finally to the market we have now which began to make an abrupt change in August/September 2005.

Previous Work Experience 

My experience as a former television producer has helped me in my day to day operations as a real estate agent.  From negotiating and marketing these are all skills that I acquired in my television career that would do nothing but enhance my career as a realtor.  While in television I negotiated to get furniture for free for televison sets, sold advertising time slots for tv shows, booked guests on shows, wrote scripts, interviewed everyday individuals like you and me and celebrities and promoted and marketed various television shows.  I even did some camera work.  All of these skills I have had to utilize in my real estate career.

I am a full-time mom of a great 3 year old named Gabrielle, who I affectionally call "Gabby".  Most of my clients meet Gabrielle somewhere throughout the real estate transaction.  She loves to give her input on homes and she walks around all the time saying that her mommy is a realtor.  She is the love of my life and I am blessed to be her mom.
